Privacy Notice
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Fertility with Dee is operated by Dee, a UK-based sole trader trading as Fertility with Dee. I am the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
Contact: use the contact form or email hello@fertilitywithdee.com.
This notice explains how personal information is used when you visit my website, buy digital products, request free resources, subscribe to emails, contact me, use the Appointment Builder or book 1-to-1 support.
I use specialist platforms to manage purchases, payments, bookings and email subscriptions. Information held within these services may be available to me so I can provide the service you request, respond to enquiries and run my business.
1. Visiting my website
When you visit my website, the hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser information and the pages requested.
When you follow a link to the shop, a free resource, the Appointment Builder or booking page, you move to the service described in the relevant section below.
2. Purchases and payments
My digital products are sold and delivered through Payhip, with payments processed through Stripe.
These services handle the information needed to complete your purchase and give you access to your files. This may include your name, email address, billing information and transaction details.
I do not receive or store your full payment card details. I may use order information available through my seller accounts to answer purchase enquiries, resolve access problems or handle refunds where applicable.
Read their policies:
3. Free resources and email subscriptions
I use Sender to manage most resource requests, mailing-list subscriptions and email delivery. My clinic questions checklist is delivered through Systeme.io. Information may include your name, email address, subscription preferences and records of your consent.
Requesting a free resource does not automatically mean you agree to ongoing marketing. Where you choose to receive newsletters and offers, you can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
After unsubscribing, a limited record may be kept so I can respect your choice and avoid sending you further marketing.
Read their policies:
- Sender’s Privacy Policy
- [Add the verified Systeme.io Privacy Policy link before publication.]
4. Bookings and 1-to-1 support
I use Beacons to manage support-session bookings and payments. Your booking details and any note you add are stored within Beacons and are available to me so I can arrange and prepare for your session.
The pre-session information requested includes your name, contact details, a brief description of where you are in your journey and the areas you would like support with. You can keep your note brief and discuss your concerns during the call instead. You do not need to upload medical records or detailed test results.
Support calls take place through Zoom. I do not keep separate session notes. Afterwards, I send you an agreed summary of the next steps we discussed.
Health information
Details about your fertility journey may include health information. The pre-session form asks for your explicit consent to use any health information you choose to share to prepare for and provide your support session and its agreed summary. This consent is separate from marketing consent.
You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@fertilitywithdee.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use. If information is necessary for a particular aspect of support, withdrawing consent may mean I cannot provide that aspect of the service.
Read Beacons’ Privacy Policy, Google’s Privacy Policy and Zoom’s Privacy Statement.
5. Contacting me
When you contact me through the contact form or by email, I receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message. I use it to respond and deal with your enquiry.
The contact form is provided through Payhip, so messages sent through it are also handled under Payhip’s Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Please avoid sending medical records or detailed health information through the contact form or email.
6. Appointment Builder
The Appointment Builder saves your questions, priorities and notes in your browser on your device. It does not send those entries to me or to Sender.
Saved progress stays in that browser until you use the erase function or clear the relevant browser storage. Anyone with access to your device and browser may be able to see it.
Erasing browser entries does not remove downloaded PDFs, printed copies or any separate email subscription.
The tool is hosted through Cloudflare, which receives technical information needed to deliver and secure the service.
Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Some providers process information outside the UK. Their privacy policies describe their international processing arrangements.
These provider policies add to this notice. They do not replace my responsibilities for the information I use.
9. How long information is kept
I keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the services you request, respond to related enquiries and meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations.
- Sales and accounting records: kept for as long as HMRC requires, generally at least five years after the 31 January submission deadline for the relevant tax year, or longer where required.
